1. Introduction

Vector Apps Inc ("CueAPI," "we," "our") operates the CueAPI scheduling platform at cueapi.ai, api.cueapi.ai, and dashboard.cueapi.ai. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: Email address and password when you sign up. Name and billing information if you subscribe to a paid plan.

API usage data: Cue configurations (names, schedules, callback URLs), execution logs (delivery status, outcomes, timestamps), and API request metadata (IP address, user agent, request counts).

Payload data: The JSON payload you attach to cues is stored encrypted at rest and delivered to your callback URL. We do not inspect, analyze, or sell payload data.

Analytics: We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand site usage. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Operate the CueAPI scheduling service
  • Deliver webhook payloads to your callback URLs
  • Track execution outcomes and provide failure alerts
  • Process billing and manage your subscription
  • Send transactional emails (account verification, billing receipts)
  • Improve service reliability and performance

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Stripe for payment processing
  • Infrastructure providers (cloud hosting) as necessary to operate the service
  • Law enforcement when required by valid legal process

5. Data Security

API keys are SHA-256 hashed at rest. Webhook payloads are encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). We enforce HTTPS for all production callback URLs. See our Security page for full details.

6. Data Retention

Execution logs are retained for 90 days on all plans. Payload data attached to executions is retained for 30 days after execution. Account data is retained for the duration of your account. You may request deletion at any time.

7. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support@cueapi.ai. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA. EU residents have additional rights under GDPR.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to account holders. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
