What's included in the free tier?+
The free plan includes 10 cues, 300 executions per month, 60 requests per minute, and every feature: webhook + worker transport, automatic retries, HMAC-signed webhooks, outcome tracking, failure alerting, execution history, and SSRF protection. No credit card required.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?+
Yes. You can switch between plans at any time from your dashboard. When upgrading, you get immediate access to higher limits. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Is there a credit card required?+
No. The free plan requires no credit card. You only need to add payment information when upgrading to Pro or Scale.
What happens when I hit my execution limit?+
Your cues continue to fire on schedule, but new executions will return a 403 cue_limit_exceeded error. Existing cues are not deleted or paused. Upgrade your plan or wait for the next billing cycle to resume.
How are executions counted?+
Each time a cue fires, that counts as one execution. This includes both webhook deliveries and worker-mode fires. The initial delivery counts as one execution regardless of how many retries are needed.
Do retries count as executions?+
No. Retries are free. If a webhook delivery fails and CueAPI retries it up to 5 times, that still counts as a single execution. You are only billed for the initial fire.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. We also support ACH direct debit for annual plans on the Scale tier.
Is there an enterprise plan?+
Yes. If you need more than 500 cues, 50,000 executions, custom SLAs, dedicated support, or a BAA, contact us at support@cueapi.ai for custom pricing.
Can I self-host instead?+
Yes. CueAPI Core is open source and available at github.com/govindkavaturi-art/cueapi-core. Self-host the scheduling engine on your own infrastructure. The managed service adds reliability, scaling, the dashboard, and support.
What's the difference between webhook and worker transport?+
Webhook transport pushes executions to your callback URL via HTTP POST. Worker transport lets your agent pull executions by polling the /v1/executions/claimable endpoint. Use webhook if your agent has a public URL; use worker if it runs behind a firewall or on a schedule.
Do you offer annual billing?+
Yes. Annual billing saves approximately 20%. Toggle to annual pricing on the pricing page or in your dashboard billing settings.
What's your uptime guarantee?+
CueAPI targets 99.9% uptime for all paid plans. Real-time status and historical uptime data are available at status.cueapi.ai.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. No cancellation fees.
How do I get support?+
Free plan: community support via GitHub Issues. Pro and Scale: priority email support via support@cueapi.ai or the POST /v1/support API endpoint. Scale also includes Slack Connect for direct access to the engineering team.
